Description
The Montana Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for treated wood products in six groups: pointed and capped round fence posts and poles; gained round wooden sign posts and poles; square wooden sign posts; round and square wood guardrail posts; and treated wood guardrail blocks. The quote sheet identifies multiple sizes, quantities, and delivery destinations across Montana transportation divisions, with awards potentially made by group to one or more vendors. Bidders must complete the provided Quote Sheet, enter group totals in the eMACS Items tab, and upload the completed sheet. Pricing must include shipping on an F.O.B. destination basis. Products must comply with the specified 2026 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and referenced treatment requirements. Delivery is required on or before 70 business days after receipt of order.
