Description
The City of Nixa is soliciting bids for treated Southern yellow pine wood utility poles meeting specified dimensions, classes, WQC inspection, Rural Utilities Service specifications, and M20 framing. Requested line items include 30-foot Class 3 poles, 40-foot Class 1 poles, and 45-foot Class 1 poles. Penta-treated poles are specified, with DCOI-treated poles accepted; quantities are estimated and may vary upon ordering. Pricing is requested per pole with freight included, and delivery must be made on a self-loader. Bidders must provide expected delivery time, acknowledge the estimated quantities and applicable terms, complete the required E-Verify affidavit, and submit pricing through the online bidding system; emailed bids are not accepted.
