Description
Indianapolis Public Schools is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified telecommunications providers to deliver high-bandwidth Metropolitan Area Network services. The network must connect up to 62 campus locations to the John Morton-Finney Center for Educational Services, with proposed service capacity reflecting the district's stated needs. Services must be fully installed, tested, and operational by June 15, 2027, to support cutover before the July 1, 2027, billing and contract start date. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the Indigo Procurement Portal. Proposals must comply with applicable E-Rate requirements, Lowest Corresponding Price requirements, GSA pricing, applicable governmental discounts, and restrictions on equipment or components supplied by companies designated as national security risks. The package includes relationship-disclosure, supplier-diversity, E-Verify, debarment-certification, criminal-history, professional-services, and data-protection requirements. A primary comprehensive general liability insurance limit of at least $3,000,000 is required. Subcontracting requires prior written approval.
