Description
Gwinnett County seeks qualified suppliers to provide HP servers and a broad range of computer peripherals, including memory, storage drives, network cards, scanners, cables, and related equipment. The County may award to multiple suppliers and expects suppliers to be authorized HP resellers or service providers. The bid schedule requests server pricing against Georgia state contract pricing and pricing for peripherals not available under that contract; software is excluded. The addendum states anticipated 2027 spending of $1.4 million, but this is an estimate rather than a stated total contract value. The supplier must support ordering and order tracking, provide system configuration and order reconciliation, configure hardware to order specifications, and provide weekday support, weekly pending-order reports, and timely responses to quote and product inquiries. On-site configuration support may be requested. The contract is to begin January 1, 2027, or upon Board of Commissioners approval, with four additional 12-month renewal periods. The bid requires three similar references from the past five years and specified completed bid forms and affidavits. The addendum confirms that no bonds are required and that proof of insurance is required only from the awarded provider.
