Description
UNDP seeks the supply and delivery of 10 laptops (three configurations), 12 external monitors, and accessories including keyboards, docking stations, security locks, earbuds, and webcams. The laptops and monitors have detailed technical specifications, including minimum warranty periods; bidders must identify the offered brands and models and provide a completed technical compliance sheet with specific product details. Delivery is required within three weeks after purchase order or contract signature, on a DDP basis. Bidders must submit completed and signed Annex 2 (Quotation Submission Form) and Annex 3 (Technical and Financial Offer), along with company registration, VAT registration and tax-clearance records, company profile, product specifications or brochures, audit reports for the last two years, recent project experience, relevant performance certificates, applicable quality and environmental credentials, and manufacturer authorization or reseller documentation where applicable. The submission also requests applicable gender-equality and social-inclusion and workplace-conduct policies. The award is to the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer.
