Gwinnett County seeks quotes for recreational game equipment for its Department of Parks and Recreation: pool tables and accessory kits, pool-cue storage racks, air hockey tables, a shuffleboard table, and table tennis tables. The quote schedule specifies quantities and product characteristics, allows approved equivalents subject to County approval, and requires equivalent table tennis tables to be ITTF-approved. For pool tables, accessories, air hockey tables, and shuffleboard tables, all quoted items in each category must come from a single manufacturer. The supplier must include delivery, assembly, and installation in its pricing. The solicitation requires at least three references for similar projects completed within the past five years. The quote package must include the completed quote schedule, references form, and contractor affidavit and agreement. The County will award to the lowest responsive and responsible supplier and may split the award.
