Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a range of equipment for innovation laboratories: six professional desktop computers, a 55-inch smart television, a videoconferencing kit, a semi-professional camera, external storage drives, two Android tablets, an enterprise router, an eight-port managed switch, and two mid-range professional servers. The specifications identify example makes and models or equivalent configurations, including required memory, storage, connectivity, and power features. The operating system is not included with the servers. The quotation must include freight, insurance, and other related costs. Delivery is required within 45 calendar days after contract signature to the Port of Mariel under CIP terms, by sea. The supplier must provide a delivery plan, technical compliance information, a transport plan, and technical datasheets. The solicitation also requests company and project experience information, a warranty and after-sales service plan, and operation and maintenance training and materials; the minimum equipment warranty is 12 months after final acceptance.
