Gwinnett County’s Department of Parks and Recreation seeks a contractor to stain and repair pavilions at four parks. The work includes removing damaged wood, installing replacement fascia boards, joists, or structural beams and hardware as needed, pressure-washing and preparing surfaces, and staining new and existing pavilion fascia to match existing color and quality. The contractor must provide all labor and materials, remove construction debris, protect the public and surrounding areas during work, and complete a final walkthrough. Proposed material substitutions must be submitted with the quote and include specifications, colors, warranty information, and other evaluation details. Work is to begin in November 2026 and be completed by December 1, 2026, or another date determined by the County. Quotes must include all costs for each park location. Respondents must provide at least three references for similar projects completed within the past five years and return the quote schedule, references form, and completed Contractor Affidavit and Agreement. The selected contractor must warrant labor and materials for one year after project completion and meet the stated insurance requirements before work begins.
