Description
The 319th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Trimble, Inc. for WinEst Pro Plus software license renewals, integrated RSMeans cost assemblies, and annual technical support supporting the 319th Civil Engineer Squadron. The requirement is based on Trimble's proprietary rights to the WinEst cost-estimating software source code and database configurations. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract, not a request for competitive proposals. Interested businesses may submit a capability statement electronically to indicate whether they can fulfill the requirement; the documentation may not exceed five pages.
