Description
Resource Environmental Services LLC is seeking proposals from qualified subcontractors and suppliers for a public works project involving hazardous-materials abatement; demolition of existing buildings, structures, and foundations; clearing and grubbing; removal and disposal of printing press equipment and oil-water separators; utility disconnections and capping; site grading; imported fill, backfill, and compaction; and installation of chain-link fencing. The prime contractor is a union company signatory to local laborers and operating engineers. Bonds may be required for subcontractor proposals exceeding $100,000, and bidders are asked to provide their bond rate with their proposal.
