Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting a quotation for one one-quart, two-part adhesive kit under NSN 8040-01-693-6581 and purchase request 7018406888. The item is identified as a Type I product with a 12-month non-extendable shelf life and must be supplied in accordance with the stated DLA packaging, preservation, marking, inspection, and hazardous-material requirements. The quotation is for a supply purchase with delivery FOB destination within 20 days after award. The item must be packaged and marked in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E, MIL-STD-129, and applicable hazardous-material labeling requirements.
