Description
Granite School District is soliciting a competitive sealed bid for a complete student group travel package for approximately 130 Taylorsville High School Choir participants traveling from Salt Lake City, Utah, to San Antonio and Austin, Texas, from April 9 through April 13, 2027. The selected provider must coordinate round-trip commercial air transportation, ground transportation, four hotel nights, breakfasts and group meals, admissions and activity fees, itinerary coordination, and at least two qualified tour hosts or equivalent on-site support personnel. The required itinerary includes visits and activities such as the Alamo, San Antonio River Walk, a church performance opportunity, a live theatrical performance, a major amusement or theme park, a university music clinic, the Texas State Capitol, the Zilker Park/Barton Springs area, and a Texas cultural or entertainment experience. Bidders must provide an all-inclusive total and per-person price using the Bid Price Sheet, identify proposed airlines, hotels, transportation, activities, meals, support personnel, cancellation and attrition provisions, participant-count adjustments, exclusions, and other material financial terms. The award is intended for the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all mandatory requirements.
