Description
The Benton County Drainage Authority is seeking a contractor to perform general maintenance on County Ditch No. 11, an approximately 4.5-mile open-channel public drainage system. Work includes removing sediment and vegetation high spots that restrict water flow, fallen trees obstructing the channel, and rock piles or other accumulated rock material. Removed trees and rock must be placed or stacked within the existing ditch buffer strip at locations approved or directed by the County. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, materials, mobilization, and other costs necessary to complete the work and submit a total project cost as a not-to-exceed amount. Contractors must review the inspection video before submitting a quote. Work must be completed during 2027 and within 21 calendar days of the agreed-upon start date; the start date will be coordinated with the selected contractor.
