Description
The City of Elk River is soliciting proposals from a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive fixtures, furniture, and equipment for its new Northbound Liquor store. The scope includes gravity-flow cooler shelving, retail gondola and wall shelving, backroom shelving, pallet racking, shopping carts and baskets, checkout counters, breakroom cabinets, bathroom vanities, wellness-room cabinetry, and related delivery and installation. The solicitation also requires a walk-in beer cooler package, including insulated cooler panels, LED lighting, digital thermometers, high-efficiency glass doors, service doors, compressors, evaporators, refrigerant, and complete cooler and refrigeration installation. The response must include a cover letter, signed Respondent Proposal (Attachment A), and firm background, qualifications, and references list (Attachment B); Attachment A contains the required bid amounts and technical specifications for the requested items.
