Description
The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for renewal of existing Pantheon platform licenses and support for the Rare Diseases Clinical Research Network. The requirement includes platform access, maintenance, upgrades, and technical support for the established hosting environment supporting consortium websites and the network site. Pantheon-specific capabilities include Multidev on-demand development environments, Autopilot automated updates with visual regression testing, Custom Upstreams for template-based site creation, 24/7 technical support, and optional WordPress Multisite support under the Gold plan. The notice states that the requirement is ongoing and that substitution would require migration and substantial re-engineering. The planned period of performance is one 12-month base period.
