Description
The National Institutes of Health seeks one MVE HEco 1536P-190AF-BB-TS freezer system capable of storing biosamples in the gas phase of liquid nitrogen at temperatures below -160 degrees Fahrenheit. The system must include a touchscreen controller, full auto-fill capability, gas bypass system, battery backup, dry sample storage, vacuum-jacketed transfer hose, and specified storage capacity and performance characteristics, including 36,400 1.2- and 2-mL vial capacity, 730-liter LN2 capacity, and a 17-day vapor static hold time. The requirement also includes liftgate, over-threshold, and inside delivery; uncrating; placement; and debris removal, unless specifically included in the order. The system must meet the stated warranty requirements, including five years for the vacuum and two years for the stainless-steel product, controller, and displays. Offerors must provide pricing, shipping and handling costs, delivery timeframe and terms, FOB destination terms, product or catalog numbers, a product or service description, and completed representations and certifications, along with UEI, TIN, and business-size information.
