Description
Loudoun County seeks a qualified general contractor to widen approximately 3.5 miles of U.S. Route 15 between Battlefield Parkway and Montresor Road. The project will expand the existing two-lane roadway to four lanes, with two lanes in each direction. It is funded by local and regional Northern Virginia Transportation Authority funds.
