Description
The City of St. Peters is soliciting sealed bids for reconstruction of Barkwood Trails Drive under Federal Project No. STBG-7305(622). Bidders must be on the Missouri Department of Transportation’s Qualified Contractor List, and the contractor questionnaire must be on file seven days before bid opening. A 5% bid bond is required with each proposal. The project has a 0% DBE goal, but bidders must submit the completed DBE Submittal Form with the bid or within three working days after bid opening. No second-tier subcontracting is allowed. Construction labor must be paid at the higher applicable federal or state prevailing wage rate.
