Description
Tualatin Valley Water District, as managing agency for the Willamette Water Supply System, seeks statements of qualifications for on-call professional services during system startup and early operations. Firms may submit for one or both categories: treatment and pumping support, and transmission system support. Work will provide as-needed technical advice, troubleshooting, operational guidance, and system-performance support to District and system operations staff; contractors are not expected to operate the facilities. The District anticipates awarding three umbrella contracts in each category, but the number may vary, and an award does not guarantee work. The optional pre-submittal conference is scheduled for October 29, 2026, with in-person and virtual attendance options. Technical solicitation materials require registration and approval, including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. Submissions must be made through Bid Locker; email, fax, and hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.
