Description
East Mississippi State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive beautification services across its Meridian and Newton campuses. The scope includes landscaping design and installation for trees, shrubs, seasonal flowers, and turf improvements; lawn maintenance and edging; walkway and courtyard enhancements; decorative planters and seating areas; and removal of debris, overgrowth, and invasive plants. The contractor must demonstrate experience with large-scale landscaping and beautification projects, be licensed and insured to operate in Mississippi, and work in active healthcare environments with minimal disruption. Bids must include a company profile and relevant experience, detailed work plan and timeline, itemized labor/materials/equipment costs, proposed maintenance schedule, and safety and environmental sustainability practices. At least three similar projects completed within the last five years are required as references.
