Description

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is soliciting services for approximately 56 emergency generators and associated fuel delivery systems at Orlando International Airport and Orlando Executive Airport. The scope includes monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections; cleaning, calibration, infrared testing, oil sampling, load-bank testing, fuel testing and treatment, fuel-tank cleaning and transfer, preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications, upgrades, reporting, and emergency callback services. The contractor must provide qualified generator and electrical technicians, testing equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, safety equipment, and required documentation. Emergency response is required within two hours when personnel are on site and within four hours at other times, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The solicitation requires at least five years of recent relevant experience, three similar references from the prior five years, qualified and certified personnel, proof of insurability and bondability, and numerous certifications and vendor questionnaire responses. Responses must be submitted electronically through the designated e-procurement platform in searchable PDF format, with no ZIP files; the Vendor Questionnaire and specified supporting documents must be completed and uploaded. The intended contract is non-exclusive, with a three-year base period and two one-year options, beginning on or about December 1, 2026.
