Description
Garvin County is soliciting sealed bids for ballot printing services. The contract will be for a one-year period. Specifications can be picked up at the County Clerk's Office, Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Bids will be opened on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Bidders must agree in writing that their bids will be irrevocable until the contract has been awarded or all bids have been rejected.
