Description
The Province of British Columbia, through the Ministry of Citizens' Services, is seeking proposals for Print on Demand Services. These services will support the production of various publications currently managed by the King's Printer and sold via the e-commerce system at crownpub.bc.ca (which will soon be supply.bc.ca). The scope of services includes printing, proofing, packaging, and shipping these publications to a BC Mail Plus warehouse. Proponents have the option to ship publications directly to the BC Mail Plus warehouse or utilize an approved subcontractor for shipping only. The contractor will be responsible for implementing an Order Processing System and ensuring its integration with the King's Printer's system during the Transition-In Period. The contract is structured for an initial term of three years, with the Province holding the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods.
