Description
The City of Sherwood Public Works Department is soliciting bids to outline the rooflines of eight city facilities with commercial-grade C-9 LED clear white lights, with blue lights specified for the Police Department. The listed facilities are City Hall, Cannery Square Pavilions, Center for the Arts, Heritage House, Smock House, Public Works, Senior Center, and Police Department, with approximately 2,605 total lineal feet identified in the bid schedule. The contractor must also price ongoing maintenance, including C-9 LED bulb replacement and clip replacement. The contract period is November 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027, with a three-year term and an option for two additional years by mutual agreement, not to exceed five years.
