Description
The City of Milwaukie is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced contractors to rehabilitate and restore approximately 2,500 linear feet of deteriorated sanitary sewer pipe in its wastewater collection system using cure-in-place pipe lining. The project focuses on reducing inflow and infiltration and includes all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and incidental construction necessary to complete the work. The scope includes pre- and post-construction closed-circuit television inspections, sewer cleaning and debris disposal, CIPP installation and curing, service-lateral verification and reconnection, watertight sealing and repairs, erosion and sediment control, temporary bypass pumping, and traffic control. Work is identified at multiple streets and avenues within the City of Milwaukie. The project is subject to Oregon prevailing-wage and public-works requirements, and the engineer's estimate is $934,000 to $1,090,000. Bids are evaluated on lowest cost.
