Description
Tualatin Valley Water District is soliciting sealed bids for asphalt paving services associated with the SW Leslie Street Main Replacement project, Project No. C12945. The work includes furnishing the required labor, equipment, and materials, with all work completed according to the schedule in the contract documents. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms through Bid Locker by the stated closing time. A bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond equal to 5% of the amount bid is required. The successful bidder must furnish additional bond(s) for faithful performance. A First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form must be submitted within two hours after bid closing. An optional pre-bid conference will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams.
