Description
The City of Lake Oswego is requesting proposals from engineering consulting firms for Work Order 398, involving storm system improvements on Ash Street and Lund Street. The scope includes project management, project initiation, topographic surveying, data collection, utility locating and coordination, utility reporting, potholing for existing utilities, geotechnical services, hydrology and hydraulic services, site analysis, design alternatives and feasibility analysis, and selection of preferred alternatives. The selected consultant will advance the preferred alternative through 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% bid-ready construction documents, including drawings and technical specifications. Services also include planning, design of new stormwater improvements and associated appurtenances, construction solicitation support, and construction support services. Proposals must be submitted electronically as PDF files through the City's designated upload form.
