Description
Washington County, Oregon, is soliciting bids for repairs to the railing on Bridge #671280 under Invitation to Bid 2026.095-ITB. The estimated expenditure is $200,000 to $250,000. Bidders must comply with applicable public-works requirements, prevailing-wage provisions, contractor registration requirements, ODOT prequalification, and required drug and alcohol testing policies. A $30,000 public-works bond must be filed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board for contracts or subcontracts valued at $100,000 or more. Bids must include a resident-bidder statement, confirmation of compliance with applicable prevailing-wage requirements, and the required First-tier Subcontractors Disclosure Form or equivalent documentation. The disclosure may be submitted with the bid or through a separate linked solicitation, but it is due no later than two work hours after the bid deadline.
