Description
The State of Ohio, through the Office of Fleet Management and the Department of Administrative Services, is seeking a lessor for a Fleet Master Lease Program. The selected vendor will finance the purchase of motor vehicles of various types and sizes for eligible Ohio state agencies, with purchases paid from the appropriations of the participating agencies. Bidders must submit a single credit spread applicable to all lease terms and provide cost-of-capital rates for the specified evaluation period.
