Description
The City of Pueblo is requesting proposals for temporary laborers and crew supervisors to support a two-month cleanup campaign. The contractor will provide labor, supervision, personal protective equipment, worker transportation, crew communications, first-aid supplies, drinking water, timekeeping, safety training, and daily reporting. City staff will provide dumpsters, hauling and disposal, trash bags, cleaning supplies, hand tools, site layouts, and operational direction. The work includes staffing community drop-off sites for bulky waste and performing litter abatement in public areas such as rights-of-way, medians, alleys, sidewalks, parks, trails, and drainage ways. The solicitation estimates 26 drop-off-site days and 17 litter-abatement days, with additional laborers available as requested. Field services are scheduled from October 20 through December 19, 2026, with the contract ending December 31, 2026. Proposals must include a project approach and staffing plan, mobilization plan, personnel qualifications and resumes, safety program, relevant experience and past performance, client references, pricing, and required funding and vendor questionnaire responses.
