Description
Islamorada, Village of Islands seeks a contractor to develop and operate a springboard diving program for participants of all ages and abilities, including private and group lessons, clinics, camps, meets, related events, dryland fitness instruction, and coaching. The contractor will manage program marketing, participant recruitment, operating costs, and coordination of registrations and fee collection; the Village collects program fees and the contractor receives 90% of lesson fees collected. Additional certified instructors may be hired with prior written approval. The proposal must include relevant experience, a program approach and class list, a complete fee schedule, marketing strategy, at least two references, and specified certifications and supporting materials. Insurance certificates and proof of insurance are due after award, not with the proposal.
