Description
The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, is seeking qualified education providers to propose, launch, and operate micro-school programs in underutilized District-owned facilities. Providers should describe their instructional and operational models, target learners and capacity, staffing and safety plans, facility requirements, requested District support, and proposed financial terms. Potential spaces may range from classrooms to entire campuses; the District will identify possible facility matches after reviewing proposals, and any resulting agreement requires negotiation and Board approval. Proposals must include an executive summary, detailed service plan and approach, organizational and financial information, key personnel qualifications, facility needs, references, and pricing. The solicitation also requires specified forms and exhibits, including insurance evidence with the proposal. The initial contract term is three years, with two one-year renewal options, subject to possible negotiation of alternate terms.
