Description
Onondaga County is soliciting bids to furnish ballot paper for the Onondaga County Board of Elections. The required product is #80 opaque, smooth-text election stock in white, long-grain sizes of 8.5 by 22 inches and 8.5 by 17 inches, compatible with high-quality printing of text and images and capable of supporting security features such as serial numbers or watermarks. Paper must be cut to the correct size and wrapped in reams of 250. Pricing must include freight, shipping, and lift-gate delivery, and bidders must provide a sample with the bid submission. The contract is an as-needed term agreement beginning September 10, 2026, and expiring September 9, 2027, with two additional one-year renewal periods available by mutual written consent. Estimated quantities are 1,600 units for each listed item, but the County will order only the quantities actually needed. Bidders must submit the provided bid form and certifications, a completed IRS Form W-9, and any applicable specialty subcontractor or MWBE documentation.
