Description
SUNY Upstate Medical University seeks an audiovisual integrator for a one-time project covering the Optometry School’s multipurpose room, four classrooms, preclinical lab, and office/open-office areas. The contractor must furnish and install complete audiovisual and video-conferencing systems, including displays and mounts, PTZ and intelligent cameras, Zoom Room compute units, lecterns, touch panels, microphones, speakers, assisted-listening equipment, Crestron NVX and control systems, Q-SYS DSP and Dante integration, AV network switches, racks, UPS equipment, cabling, accessories, programming, and fire-alarm audio muting integration. The scope includes coordination, shop drawings and submittals, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, owner training, as-built documentation, equipment databases, and a one-year warranty. Bidders must submit the completed Summary Information Form and Attachment 1 Cost Worksheet, proof of specified manufacturer and industry certifications, required New York State vendor and lobbying-law forms, Public Officers Law and executive-order certifications, ST-220-CA, VendRep materials, and current workers’ compensation and disability documentation. The procurement requires a 100% combined MWBE/SDVOB goal and is limited to qualifying New York State businesses under the stated discretionary procurement authority.
