Description
The Indianapolis Airport Authority is requesting qualifications from a qualified firm or team to provide professional engineering and design services for a mechanical and operational assessment of 39 existing passenger boarding bridges at Indianapolis International Airport. The assessment will include bridge and ancillary equipment inspections, operational inspections, maintenance-record and budget reviews, stored-inventory assessment, electrical-infrastructure assessment, tenant-carrier fleet review, and research into procurement alternatives. Anticipated deliverables include a comprehensive assessment report, equipment lifecycle matrix, carrier fleet-mix narrative, findings and recommendations, multi-year replacement cost and budgetary estimates, terminal ramp assessment, and procurement options with a prioritized replacement schedule. Respondents must submit a statement of qualifications addressing team organization, project management, relevant experience and references, a comparable work product, and the required business, disputes/claims, and insurance exhibits. The total SOQ is limited to 20 pages, excluding specified items such as the cover letter and exhibits.
