Description
The City of Kingsland, Georgia is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the construction of Lions Park. This project involves the full site development and infrastructure for new athletic fields and recreational facilities. Key components include the construction of a new concession building, restroom facilities, workshop building, and an irrigation system. The project also entails the construction of four new baseball fields with associated amenities, a basketball court, playground equipment, batting cages, tennis courts, six pickleball courts, a walking path, and perimeter fencing. The scope of services includes demolition of existing facilities, sitework, utility work, building fabrication and erection, construction of athletic facilities, and final testing, commissioning, and closeout. The selected contractor will be responsible for all construction activities, site management, traffic control, and utility coordination.
