Description
Moffett School District 68 is soliciting bids for one Category 2 internal-connections firewall: a SonicWall TZ480 (part number 03-SSC-6975) or compatible equivalent. The selected provider must supply the device and separately price installation and configuration. Bids must itemize and cost-allocate all ineligible features and charges, provide detailed equipment and functionality information, identify the service provider's business name and SPIN, and include a corresponding contract. The solicitation requires compliance with E-rate and USAC/FCC competitive-bidding rules, including lowest corresponding price, firm pricing for the applicable funding year, service-level agreements, and a valid FCC Registration Number. Award is contingent on E-rate funding and school-board approval. The district may accept all or part of the project and may consider multi-year contracts or voluntary extensions.
