Greenwood School District 25 is soliciting bids for Category 2 technology services for Funding Year 2027. The requirements include 110 wireless access points with necessary software and licenses, including installation and initial configuration; basic maintenance for 110 wireless access points; and managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. Cisco Systems equipment or functional equivalents are acceptable for the internal-connections request, and the district will accept functional equivalents generally where stated. The required bid package includes the Greenwood C2 Cover Page and a quote or bill of materials for the projects being bid. Eligible and ineligible costs must be itemized, and shipping, installation, and applicable taxes must be broken out by project when bidding on multiple internal-connections projects.
