Description
Greenwood School District 25 is soliciting bids for Category Two internal connections and related services. The primary hardware requirement is 110 Cisco Meraki 9172I wireless access points with five-year licensing, compatible with the district’s existing Cisco Meraki dashboard. The district will accept functionally equivalent equipment, but refurbished equipment and equipment from manufacturers identified as national security threats by the FCC are prohibited. Vendors must bid the entire hardware project and provide compatibility documentation unless bidding the preferred make and model. The opportunity also includes basic maintenance of 110 wireless access points and managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. No installation or network drops are needed for the wireless access point project. Bidders must participate in the E-Rate program, provide a valid SPIN, comply with lowest-corresponding-price requirements, identify all applicable fees and taxes, and include the required C2 Cover Page. Awards are contingent on E-Rate funding and final board approval, and the district may proceed with all or part of the project.
