Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for one supplemental small-arms and fragmentation armor item, identified by NSN 2541-01-666-6958 and part number 3BEB-2012. The listed manufacturer is Leading Technology Composites Inc. (CAGE 1FKY1). The requirement is for a supply item, with a 20-day delivery period after award, FOB origin, destination inspection and acceptance, and packaging in accordance with ASTM D3951, RP001, and MIL-STD-129. The solicitation states that the item must be free of asbestos and may not be produced using additive manufacturing unless specifically authorized. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
