Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one unit of supplemental small-arms armor, identified by NSN 2541-01-666-6953 and part number 3BEB-2014. The item must meet the solicitation's applicable technical and quality requirements, be free of asbestos, and comply with domestic-material restrictions and the prohibition on additive-manufactured items unless specifically authorized. The quotation must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. The item is to be delivered FOB origin within 20 days after award, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 and applicable DLA requirements, and marking and labeling must comply with MIL-STD-129.
