Description
The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, intends to award a sole-source contract to Advantor Systems Corporation for delivery and installation of the Advantor intrusion detection and access control system currently installed at the wing's F-35 warehouse. Advantor is identified as the sole manufacturer and only approved or authorized contractor for the existing security system. The notice is for other than full and open competition based on only one responsible source. The requirement is not currently funded; if funding becomes available before September 30, 2026, the Government intends to award to Advantor. Other qualified sources may submit responses by the stated deadline, but the Government retains discretion not to compete the requirement.
