Description
The City of Las Vegas is soliciting bids for major rehabilitation and replacement of various equipment and support facilities at the WPCF dewatering building. The project includes construction work governed by the bid instructions, contract terms and specifications, technical specifications, drawings, and related project documents. The estimated project value is $25,122,903 to $32,101,484. Bids must be submitted electronically through the bidding portal by the stated deadline, with all required responses and attachments, a digital signature, and submission confirmation. Partial bids will not be accepted. Bid security is required, and the three low bidders must provide additional post-bid-opening documents; the apparent low bidder must deliver the original bid security within one business day after bid close.
