Description
The City of Henderson is seeking proposals from qualified companies to furnish and deliver one new, unused, undamaged, specialized Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) vehicle. The vehicle must be purpose-built to transport and deploy personnel and equipment for specialized operations, investigations, and the mitigation of high-risk events and critical incidents. Intended uses include search warrants, terrorism-related threats, criminal barricades, hostage rescues, dignitary protection, riot and crowd control events, and potential multi-threat responses throughout Henderson and Southern Nevada. The solicitation package includes a scope of work, federal funding procurement requirements, a grant award agreement, certifications regarding debarment and lobbying, and the city's RFP terms and conditions.
