CITY OF HENDERSON INVITATION FOR BID IFB 110-27 TREE INVENTORY & ANALYSIS The City of Henderson will accept bids for IFB 110-27 “Tree Inventory & Analysis” until September 28, 2026, at 10:00am. A requirement of the contract includes a certification that the successful respondent is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. Description
The City of Henderson Department of Parks and Recreation is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to conduct a comprehensive citywide tree inventory, develop database data that City staff can upload to ArborPro, and perform an urban forest analysis. The work includes inventorying listed trees and locations, including palm trees, providing a lump-sum price for the listed inventory and analysis plus a per-tree, per-location price for potential additions, and submitting sample data compatible with ArborPro along with the data-collection methodology. The bid requires TCIA accreditation and ISA Certified Tree Worker Climber Specialist qualifications; the City confirmed that these requirements apply to the contracting company and that subcontractor-held TCIA accreditation does not satisfy the requirement. The bid package must include references, applicable business-license documentation, pricing, terms-and-conditions acknowledgment, and any exceptions. The bid package must be uploaded as one complete PDF, with sample data submitted separately in Excel format.
