Description
The City of Las Vegas is requesting proposals from qualified applicants for construction manager at risk (CMAR) services for Phases 1 and 2 of the Owens Avenue Interceptor Project. Services include constructability reviews; cost estimating; advice, analysis, and feedback concerning materials, methods, systems, schedules, labor, and site conditions; and subcontractor selection support. The estimated construction cost is $88,000,000 for Phase 1 and $95,000,000 for Phase 2. Design is anticipated to begin in November 2027, construction is anticipated to begin in the second quarter of 2028, and completion is estimated for the second quarter of 2030.
