Description
Harris County is soliciting proposals for construction and interior buildout of the Sareen Urgent Care facility on the El Franco Lee Campus for Harris Health. The scope is commercial and medical building construction, including associated installation, finishing, maintenance, and repair work needed to deliver the facility. The submission requires an estimated contract value, bid bond information and supporting documentation, acceptance of general proposal requirements, the CSP acknowledgement, tax residence certification, Form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties, proof of insurance, references, contractor qualifications, an MWBE utilization plan, a contractor questionnaire, and proposal sections covering transmittal, proposed services, pricing, organizational information and qualifications, and miscellaneous information. The estimated contract value is $10,693,920.
