Description
The United States Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance and 24/7 emergency repair services for Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) equipment supporting a mission-critical facility. The contractor must furnish personnel, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, quality control, diagnostic equipment, and OEM-approved replacement parts. Work includes inspections, filter and belt maintenance, refrigerant and electrical checks, pump and cooling-system maintenance, controls verification, reporting, and emergency repairs with a four-hour on-site response requirement. The contractor must provide qualified technicians with current EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, OEM training or documented CRAC/CRAH experience, and at least two years of recent relevant experience. The quote must include technician qualifications, a technical approach of no more than six pages, and price information in three volumes. The contract consists of one 12-month base year and four 12-month option years, with the initial scope also including repairs to a specified CRAC unit experiencing high-pressure shutdown faults.
