Description
The Cayuga County Soil and Water Conservation District (Cayuga County SWCD) in Auburn, New York, is soliciting bids for the replacement of the roof on their Maintenance Building. The project includes the replacement of existing sheet metal, attic insulation, gutters, and fascia as needed. The work is to be performed at the Natural Resources Center, located at 7413 County House Road, Auburn, NY 13021. Bid documents are available via email or pick-up at the Cayuga County SWCD office. A mailed hard copy is available for $50.00 plus shipping, and these fees are non-refundable. Interested contractors are strongly encouraged to complete a site visit, which can be coordinated by contacting the office. Bids must be submitted by 9:00 AM on Friday, June 26, 2026, at the Cayuga County SWCD office. Bids will be opened at 9:05 AM on the same day. Facsimile bids will not be accepted, but emailed bids will be considered, though the SWCD is not responsible for their guaranteed receipt.
