Description
The Village of Heuvelton, located in St. Lawrence County, New York, is soliciting proposals for professional design, bidding, and construction engineering services. These services are required for site upgrades to the village's existing boat launch property situated along the Oswegatchie River on Horseshoe Road in the Town of Oswegatchie. This project will be primarily funded by a 2024 Environmental Protection Fund grant awarded by the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.
